Many Muslims Visit Japan

I remember that I didn’t see Muslims in Tokyo 10 years ago.

3 years ago, I still didn’t see them.

But this year, I’ve seen Muslim visitors.

They might live in Japan.

I don’t know. Maybe it’s because summer, there are more tourists from around the world.

Maybe I saw a couple of Muslims and assume there are more in Japan.

According to the stat, 24 million tourists visited Japan in 2016.

Among the tourists, the numbers of Indonesian and Malaysian have been increased dramatically.

One of the main reasons why Muslim nations visit Japan is that visa requirements have been relaxed. Airfare is more affordable.

And of course, there is halal food.
