Where to go? Halloween Events in Tokyo 2016
It’s coming! Halloween is around the corner. There are a lot of events in Tokyo. I picked 4 events for this article.
Which one do you want to go?
1. T-Spook

This event is held on October 29(Sat) and 30(Sun) in Odaiba area, between 10a.m. and 6p.m.
There would be concerts by special guests and you need to purchase tickets.
In addition, there would be parade and several celebrities would join.
To participate parade, you need to purchase a ticket as well.

Fee: Free except parade and concerts
2. Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay

Although it’s called Halloween event, this event is a mixture of Halloween and cosplay.
It’s taken place on October 29(Sat) and 30(Sun) at East Exit, Ikebukuro Station.
At Higashi Ikebukuro Central Park, you would see people wearing costume and walking on the stage. Join them and show off your costume to others!
There would be a place called “Cosplay Doc” where people would fix your costume in case of unexpected accidents such as fallen-off-buttons, torn skirt etc… It is located in Naka-Ikebukuro Park. They will be there all day to rescue your precious costume!
If you are interested in special items or weapons, go to Naka-Ikebukuro Park. You can try different kinds of items there.

Fee: Free. Locker is 500 yen
3. Roppongi Halloween

It is taken place on October 30(Sun) between 11a.m. and 6p.m.
The detail is not out yet, so I’ll update as soon as it’s out.
There would a parade and you need to pay 2000 yen to participate in parade.
If you participate in parade, you can get changed at Roppongi Junior High School.

4. Hello Halloween Pumpkin Parade

This event is held at Harajuku Station on October 30(Sun)
Pumpkin parade is for children under 12 years old.
Shops at Harajuku Station area would have special menus and discounts.
It’s the oldest Halloween parade in Japan and families can have a great time!

Fee: Free except parade participants
