Update at 5a.m. Oct 23rd

Typhoon Lan is passing by Kanto area this morning and it is approaching to Tohoku area by noon.

 

Fukuoka, Osaka will be cloudy and the temperature goes up to 20℃

Tokyo will be sunny with 22℃

 

Pretty windy, so be careful!

Some trains have cancelled or reduced the number of trains operated during morning.

 

 

Update at 5p.m. Oct 22

Typhoon Lan seems to hit Mie Prefecture around 12a.m.

 

It also hits Kanto area tomorrow around 6a.m.

Check train information when heading to work tomorrow.

Flood warning in Saitama, Igaraki and Chiba Prefecture.

 

 

 

Update at 1p.m. Oct 22nd

 

Strong Typhoon Lan is approaching to Kyusyu area.

It is very strong and expected to approach Kanto area midnight of 23rd.

 

People in Tokai area (Aichi, Gifu, Shizuoka and Mie Prefecture), Kinki area (Osaka, Hyogo, Kyoto, Nara, Shiga and Wakayama Prefecture) and Kanto area (Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, Tochigi, Gunma, Nagano and Yamanashi Prefecture) are encouraged to check weather news and stay indoor and don’t go out if possible.
